Q: What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A: Our company has undergone several Training Class, and system upgrades, to ensure top of the line customer satisfaction.

It's A key fundamental pillar in our company that our technicians arrive on time, and friendly, and that our technicians give a clear explanation on their estimates on what they're about to do, and to give a fair price on what it'll take to complete the project.

That is why each of our technicians carry iPads, to give a proper estimate. We write up the estimate on our iPads, and show the homeowner step-by-step in the description on what we're planning to do including the itemize price for every section. And always get a signature of Approval, Which signifies that the homeowner has read and agreed to the terms before starting any project, and our Technicians do not leave until homeowner is 100% satisfied.
